OSHA Delays Electronic Filing
New Submission Deadline: December 15, 2017
Federal OSHA has announced it will delay the electronic submission requirements for employers covered by the record-keeping requirements in Section 1904 until December 15, 2017.
The purpose of the delay is to allow affected employers additional time to become familiar with a new electronic reporting system that was launched August 1, 2017. Employers must electronically report injury and illness data through the Injury Tracking Application (ITA) no later than December 15, 2017.
