How to get started with web-based reporting?
An access agreement must be completed by each authorized company representative. Once completed, a user ID and password will be assigned to these individuals, and they are responsible for keeping the information secure. Each company representative is given a security level deemed appropriate to the job need. If the company representative exits the company, the employer should contact us to inactivate their access.
What results may be found?
Records can be viewed and/or printed at your convenience 24/7 and available within seconds of the clinic completing the record. The following information is currently viewable within web-based reporting:
- Drug Testing Results
- Physical Exam Reports/DOT Forms
